Extreme Duty Long Arm
The Extreme Duty kits improve stock control
arm and steering geometry providing better-than-stock road handling
characteristics and off road capabilities that excel beyond compare
in every situation. Rubicon Express Extreme Duty packages have
always led the market in quality and performance, now the Jeep LJ
Unlimited can reap the benefits of that success.
To improve performance even more, we have
worked extensively and calculated the right valve codes for proper
shock dampening with our Extreme-Duty mono-tube shocks.
The Extreme Duty Long Arm kit delivers:
- Increased wheel travel for better
traction off road
- Minimized axle steer through the
suspension cycle
- Decreased torque roll, providing a
safer, more controllable vehicle
The kit comes complete with all necessary
components including new, heavy duty 4130 steel arms measuring 36"
long, a high clearance cross member, and relocated and adjustable
front and rear track bars. This kit is 100% bolt on, however, it
does require the removal of the factory lower control arm brackets.

the long-standing performance of the original Rubicon long arm kit,
this package has been modified to take the “limits” out of the
Unlimited and provide the ultimate driving experience. Designed as a
complete replacement suspension, this features the Rubicon
rebuildable Super-Flex joints, newly redesigned sway bar disconnect
system, and a three piece belly pan with a center section that is
easily removed for access to the transfer-case while allowing the
control arms to remain attached. |

Super-Flex
The TJ/LJ Super-Flex Kit is the ultimate
suspension for TJs or LJs running the factory suspension geometry. A
complete suspension system, the RE Super-Flex kit is offered in 4.5"
or 3.5" lift height. Combining superior flexibility and handling,
your TJ or LJ will have the on and off-road prowess you’re looking
for.
Note: The installation of a slip yoke
eliminator and CV driveshaft on the stock NP231 transfer case is
recommended. The installation of a CV yoke and CV driveshaft on the
stock Rubicon NP241 transfer case is recommended.

RE7002 3.5"
Standard Kit TJ/LJ - The Standard kit is a perfect entry for
those looking to run 33" tires on a smaller budget. The 3.5"
Standard kit includes springs, and bump stops, but maintains stock
control arms and track bars. On and off road performance of this kit
is excellent and is easily upgradeable to the Super-Flex kit by
adding our control arms and other Super-Flex components. |

RE7030 2"
Budget Boost TJ/LJ - The Budget Boost is an effective and
affordable way to gain more clearance, flexibility, and handling
from the TJ. Vehicle height is increased by 2" with spring spacers.
Longer travel shocks provide a sportier ride and much greater
articulation. |
Long-Arm Tri-Link
Kit includes front and rear control arms
using 2" .250 wall, 4130 chromoly material. Also included with the
kit is Rubicon's newest misalignment joint design, the Builder Ball.
This setup eliminates the rear track bar and has up to 32 degrees of
misalignment in a giant-sized 3" OD housing.
